What is your shipping Policy?

Domestic and International Shipping rates are determined by BayPhoto for Prints, Limited Editions and Originals.  Shipping times range from 1-14 business days. The artist always aims to hand-deliver Limited Editions and Original artworks to purchasers within reasonable driving distance from her home or art studio. Otherwise, all shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the investor.

Express and Overnight shipping rates applied, based on weight / cart totals, for Prints, Limited Editions and Originals. You will recieve a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. 

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

TAVolgenau Art is unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales of Originals, Limited Editions and Prints are FINAL. If your print arrives damaged, please keep all content and packaging and contact BayPhoto directly with your order information for further assistance. Cancellation of orders results in a 15% restocking fee. The best option is to contact TAVolgenau BEFORE placing an order.
